Workshops
General Meetings or Workshops are on Thursdays of even weeks (Week 2, 4, 6, and 8) from 6-7pm. Workshops explore different pre-health topics relevant to a multitude of career paths in healthcare. So far, we've covered topics ranging from natural disaster triage to human development. Every quarter, we also invite highly qualified guest speakers to present on topics such as medical school applications and lead hands-on practice of medical skills like suturing and ultrasounds. We also run mock clinics, where you get the chance to learn about various diseases that are commonly seen in clinic trips abroad, and gainn hands-on experience trying to diagnose patients! We welcome all new members to our workshops to meet new people dedicated to helping others, and learn more about our wonderful organization!
